Hi,

Once you issue a resetlogs, there is no way to apply logs created before the resetlogs to the database afterwards.

Oracle resets a number of the internal workings with the resetlogs including the System Commit Number. This is the reason that Oracle tells us to backup the database immediately after a resetlogs.
