Dear Sirs,

I was wondering if you could do me a small favor.

I am writing this E-mail to ask current IT managers to cooperate in a survey project as a part of our graduate course which is held at East Carolina University.
If you are not engaged in the IT managing area, please ignore this mail. I apologize my sending this kind of noisy mail for such persons.

This survey will be completed within a couple of minutes. You can see all the questions of this survey below. And also I have a survey form in Word 97 format. So if you need such printable format, please contact to my E-mail address.
