I have been running Oracle on NT for about 2 years now, and 1 have only had 2 crashes, the first was when I hit the desk that the server was on, but the system came up again with a reboot, the other was when I was deleteting and truncating a lot of tables. and by accident I deleted a table I shouldn't have, which killed everything.
On the whole I think NT is very stable.
One problem that I do have is that I also use the context cartridge and ocassionally the context proccesses die inexplicably on the latest version 8.0.5
