help needed on appliyng patch 7.3.3.5.0

Hi there,
I'm tring to apply 7.3.3.5.0 patch for 7.3.3.0.0 server on AIX 4.3.2/IBM RS6000. I got the following error msg at the end of installing the patch by using Installer: "Relink Error. The executable for ORACLE7 Server (RDBMS) were not made successfully. Please check the log file <path/install.log> and repeat the installation procedure for Oracle7 Server(RDBMS)".

I checked the log file but didn't get any clue except somewhere mentioned "OIERR-SYSTEM: make -f ins_rdbms.mk ORACLE_HOME=/<path>/install"

Any help will be appreciated.
