v$ views question

Which is the view that I need to use to see active queries that are DDL's. I have a process that runs a series of queries that use 'CREATE TABLE T1 AS SELECT ...'. I can't seem to find the queries listed in any system table that I know. V$SQLAREA gives me only non-DDL queries
