Unfortunately I don't have any of the tools mentioned here and it is not feasible to get any of the tools. Currentely, I am unloading the data in the table to a flat file with mainframe tool than ftp (text file, not binary) to Unix. The Oracle people, however, complained that the format is inconsistent, the space between each column is inconsistent. Some characters cannot be read. (I believe that is because unreadable charactor is some of the data). In mainframe side, the data is consistent.
