Thanks to you all, I am now on my feet :)



The listener problem was a IP config problem.



But when I log on whit my user I get the following error (on whit SQL Plus)



Error accessing PRODUCT_USER_PROFILE


Warning:  Product user profile information not loaded!
You may need to run PUPBLD.SQL as SYSTEM



What does this mean.
