OLE2 OR DDE IN ORACLE NCA ENVIRONMENT

I wonder that anyone has developed any forms that will invoke ole2 server by using the built-in packages,like OLE2 and DDE from Oracle form 4.5. I know it works well at my personal computer in the two tier environment when I want ot use this feature.Since the oracle application release 11 is based on the NCA architeture, I am wondering whether this feature is still going to work since the application form now is an applet. When a client starts the application, the form is requested from application server, but these .dll file is not in the client side. I would greatly appreciate it if anyon can give some information on this or any idea to handle this.
