I'm having the same problem. See "System Error 10 Incorrect Environment" that I posted on this group on March 10th. I have been working with Oracle Tech Support for 3 weeks trying to figure out the problem. I have managed to get my Agent started, but it doesn't discover any databases or listeners on the node.

I'm running version 8.0.4 of the db on NT 4.0 Service pack 3 and version 8.0.4.1.1. of the Intelligent Agent.
