looking up exchange rate from the web

Hi,

I'm a student doing some research on accounting info systems. Could anyone please tell me if there is a module in the Oracle product range (especially Financials-application package) where the system could look up the current exchange rate from the web(e.g. Bloomberg, Reuters) and update automatically when performing the month-end posting/report generating process?

If there is such a thing, how and what's the name of this module?
