analyze object

Hi all,

I login as system and issue this command. exec dbms_utility.analyze_schema ('CHRIS','COMPUTE',NULL,NULL);

I got an error back:

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-20000: You have insufficient privileges for an object in this schema.
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_UTILITY", line 257 ORA-06512: at line 1

What cause this problem? I am system already, I should have all the privileges. I even logon on as sys, same error.
