Situation:


    NT server hard disk failed.  I only have backup of Datafiles, Control
File, and Logfiles.  The backup is performed by formal dba using Seagate
Backup Exec...  Cold backup.


    I installed new hard disk and installed NT, SP3, and Seagate Backup
Exec.  I know dba username and password.



What is the procedure to restore datafile and run it?
