Missing sqldba

Hi,

I am trying to generate sqldba following the instructions from Oracle's website (top 50 questions, or something similar). There should be a makefile in $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/lib according to their instructions, but I can't find this in my installation (Solaris 7, Oracle 7.3.3). Does anyone know where I can find it? It's called oracle.mk.
