Oracle 8 on NT4 tuning parms

I like to here some opinion on configuring ORACLE 8.0.4 on NT4. This will be a dedicated production machine with one instance. The following is the hardware spec :
4 CPU's
4GB RAM
12 X 9GB Diks mirred.

I am also interested on samples of init.ora file and any other tuning parms for NT or for ORACLE, that closely matches the above environment.
