Trying to Install 7.3.4 database on a Solaris

and in the crdbxxx.lst file I'm getting the error:

Connected to an idle instance.
ORA-07336: smsmat: shmget error, unable to get a shared memory segment. SVR4 Error: 22: Invalid argument
Additional information: 4
create database "ARS"
*
ORA-01034: ORACLE not available
Disconnected.

I personally do not know alot about Solaris. Can anyone help?
