Personal Oracle 8.04

I have loaded Oracle Personal 8.0.4 on to my Windows98 for some
development that I'm doing at work.  Using WinTop, I see that Oracle is
using 93.00% of processor time. It seems that Oracle is taking Processor
time from the IDLE.



Do I have it setup incorrectly?  I'm by no means an Oracle DBA, so I'm a
little lost.
