Hi Jeff,

Run utlbstat at say 09:00 and utlestat at 13:00. This will produce a report with the information you want
both scripts are located in $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin and need to be run by svrmgr.
As you didn't specify your platform I'm not able to provide the exact commands.
