Try to look at the script at http://www.tc.umn.edu/~hause011/

ugly_DDL.ksh gets the DDL from oracle 8 and 7.3 exp files. It kind of shows the format of the exp/imp file that I parse. maybe you can do a better job! Let me know if you do.
