submit a JOB (FAILS)

Hi ppl :

   i've configured tnsnames, etc...
   In Enterprise Manager 1.2.2 i can now create a job, set his destination, schedule it, everything works fine ... almost fine...

   This job appears in active JOBS with the status submitted, bu t this job never RUN !!!! Why ... can you help me ??

   Even, i cannot put the SNMP status in lsntctrl ON !!! What do i need to put SNMP status ON ???
