In 7.3.[34].* there appears to be a Y2K bug with "exp" and "imp". We've raised a TAR with Oracle, and they've agreed there is an (obscure) bug there. No bug ID's have been assigned from the US yet. I assume this affects 7.1.6 as well....

It is obscure, and probably won't affect anyone (so we were told), but it is there :-)
