ORACLE Finalcials and a Large SGA`

Does anyone have a good start on how to set up the init.ora for a large SGA to support over 600 Financial(10.7) users under Solaris. I've read Oracle's news release of over 3000 Financial users on a Sun 4000 machine and I am really interested on how to set something like this up!!! K.
