Problem with OWA

I have been trying the package OWA_TEXT embedded in Oracle WebServer 2.0. The procedure
owa_text.add2multi(stream IN varchar2, mline OUT multi_line, continue IN boolean) returns an error when the size of mline exceeds 32767 bytes, but this feature has been provided to allow a variable to keep a huge amount of data. Can someone help me?
