Oracle 7.3.4.2 on AIX 4.1.5 can expad raw device.
first you need to expand the raw device using smitty.
then you can expand the datafile in oracle by the command
alter database datafile '?????' resize ????;



*but* the this expand, cause the last block to be *corrputed*.
