Hi Lauray,
I experienced the same problem recently, I think the cause is that you create a repository as some user (say OEMREP) and then if you connect as OEMREP as SYSDBA, your default schema will be SYS. You will still have privileges for the tables in OEMREP, but won't see them without qualifying their names with OEMREP. I solved the problem by creating public synonyms (using the same names) for all tables in the OEMREP schema, but I also would like to know what the correct solution should be.
