Remedy ARS database reorg

Hello, I'd like to request comments from any DBA who has experience with the Remedy ARS 3.0 database. Installation is on Oracle 7.3.2 and HP-UX 10.20.

Specifically any problems with re-organizing objects containing LONG datatypes, and any "gotchas" which I should be aware of. Thanks in advance.
