Defining tables as Object to use INTYPE File Asst

I've created my tables and now want to generate header files for C/C++ programs to use. Supposedly I can use the INTYPE file Assistant to do this, but when I start that feature, I don't find my tables listed as objects? How do I tell Oracle that my tables are objects?? I have created views to each of my tables but they don't show up as objects either! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
