Glenn,

Sybase supports replication to/from Oracle from/to Sybase using RepAgent/Oracle, RepServer and DirectCONNECT/Oracle. If there are Oracle DATE values being replicated, then you may also need Omni to do some datatype translation. However The RepServer team is hard at work providing a more generic datatype translation mechanism so that the Omni requirement may soon go away.
