PLATINUM Fast Unload will create the necessary control files for SQL*Loader - it will not, however, automatically unload the entire database - there are two ways around this: First, you could generate scripts for all of the tables (a little tedious, but you could automate most of the script generation), or better yet, you could use Enterprise DBA, which now has integration with Fast Unload - this would allow you to use the GUI to select all the objects you wanted, and then migrate them to the other DB instance.
