Er, your message is very unclear.

If you have too many *instances*, then your problem isn't anything to do with MTS (BTW: it's 'Multi-Threaded Server').

I really suggest you read the Oracle Concepts Manual, the Administrators Reference and Tuning Guide. You'll find plenty of info. in them on MTS, including set-up.
