We've gone back through all of our backups (which go back a month) and the corrupted block is in all of them. We didn't notice it affecting anything until recently.

It looks like it's only affecting the "all_constraints" table. We can select from some of the table. Should I try to get what I can out of that table and try to rebuild it?
