Your best bet is to go with Oracle 7.3.4.0.1 with Solaris 2.6 Release 5/98. I believe with Oracle 7.3.2.3 I had some post installation headaches with the listener, dbstart/dbshut scripts and other problems I can't think of at the moment. I experienced no problems on the OS side.
