Moving an existing Solaris Ora 7.3.3 installation to another server

I write this as an Oracle newbee.



Can I move an existing installation on to another server of the same
make, change some config


files that have hostnames in them like tnsnames.ora, etc. and run it?
Note: system vars for things like


semaphores have been set up to be identitical on the new system.



Any and all suggestions welcome.
