Hi Tom,

dbsnmp is has not grown up yet. Depending on what you want to do with it I suggest you install the oracle 8.0.4 (or 5) intelligent agent. Do you have something like a master agent running for hp-openview or somekind of tool ? In that case you might have to check /etc/snmp.conf

I run aix 4.1.5, oracle 7.4.3.2 server and 8.0.4 inteligent agent with Enterprise manager 1.5 and got it to work this week.
