I run a lot of Oracle (1 TB) on a variety of RS600's - F50's and S70's. The best 'book' I've seen is the 'Server Administrator's Reference for AIX-based Systems' from Oracle (it comes with the product). Chapter 3 (in the Oracle 8 version, probably the same in the Oracle 7 version) is the chapter on AIX/Oracle specific tuning.
