I had the same error showing up after the server was running for a period of time.

Oracle pointed me to bug #520639. I corrected my registry entries and have not seen the error since. Try looking up this bug under metalink, or this workaround has also been discussed in the Technical Forums under metalink. Search for Bug 520639.
