Oracle Enterprise Manager

I am running 7.3.3 on NT 4.0. When attempting to create a scheduled job in the Enterprise Manager, the "Available Destinations" box is empty. Therefore, I have nothing to enter into the "Selected Destinations" box and end up getting the following error message:

VOJ-00508 The 'Selected Destinations' fiel must be supplied.

Any idea what parameters need to be altered to populate the "Available Desinations" box?
