Hi, I'd like to know the best approach to setting up individual listener services
for each of three db's on the same AIX system (all run the same version of Oracle, 7.3.2)

I understand that I should assign each a different port number, but I can't seem
to find any clear examples.

The result I need is I need to be able to start and stop a listener for any instance
with effecting any other listener running (i.e. the DB may be restarted on another
system if some of the access routes to it are invalidated
