Oracle doesn't care about OS block size, but for the best performance DB block
size should be multiple of OS block size. For example, if OS block size is 2K
then it would be unwise to set DB block size to 1K. It would be 2K, 4K, 8K ... Received on Tue Jul 14 1998 - 04:53:56 CDT
