HELP: first login

fineshed installing oracle but when try to open anything on the administrator toolbar it asks for a username password and service. It did not ask for any of this during the install process and i tried my administrator account for winnt to see if it was the same, that wasn't it. also i have no idea what service to log into. sorry about needing all the help but the online help feature won't work. thanks for any help.
