We are using Oracle 8.04 on HP-UX 11. We have a mutli-terabyte data
warehouse. The release is solid. We have no TARs. The migration was worth
the effort as our ad-hoc queries can now leverage Oracle 8's STAR
transformation. Query run times are over 25 times faster! And we have not
partitioned yet ...
