Yes and no. You have to create the tablespace data files on a writable drive, set the tablespace to read-only, then take the tablespace offline, burn the data files onto the CD ROM, do an ALTER DATABASE RENAME on the datafiles, then bring the read-only tablespace back on-line. Make sure the CD will always be in the CD ROM drive.
