Just modifying initial and next won't help. There is also a max_extents
parameter for the tablespace, tables and indexes. The tablespace supplies the
default for the table or index if it is not specified at create time. Use
the alter command to change them.
Be careful in the the max number of extents in version 7 was a platform specific variable. On some it was 121 extents, on others 250, etc. You can specify whatever you want, but if you go past the platform limit, you can corrupt the database (it happend to me.)
