Changing passwords in Oracle Applications

Has anyone got an easy (ie safe) way of changing passwords in Oracle
Applications?



There are now over 35 usercodes in an Application database, and the changes
have to be coordinated between the Application and the Database.  If you get it
wrong then your database won't work
