DB Verify (dbv) command Questions.

So db verify is used to validate an Oracle database file. Now it only works with data that can be cached in the SGA. Ok, cool, but what about the rollback segment blocks? They exist in the SGA, but the contents can be considered out of date because they are temporary areas. To me this would imply that you shouldn't execute db verify on the rollback segment files. Of course if db verify only validates the headers, then it would be ok to use on the rollback segment files. The documentation is sparse on db verify.
