Home -> Community -> Usenet -> c.d.o.server -> Re: SQLNET.LOG maintenance
Try looking for an NT service that runs the listener and/or Oracle. I ran
across this problem in a class. I wanted to access the configuration file
and I had to stop the oracle server process within Control Panel ->Services
first.
