I have met no special problems (maybe --- platform specific with SQL*Net 2).
You should only setup SQL*Net 2 to connect Forms 3 client with RDBMS 7.3 server (Oracle 7.3 no longer supports SQL*Net 1). Some users run Forms 3 from Oracle 7.1 & 7.2 against RDBMS 7.3 on HP-UX.
As we know, Forms 3.0 is not released with Oracle 7.3....
