Oracle8 on a single PC

Hello everybody !

Is it possible to install and use Oracle8 on a PC, what doesn't contains a network adapter. If possible, how?
I have installed it on my PC on WinNT4.0 workstation. It created a database named ORC1, but when I try to connect it signs the following errormessage:
"(ORA-12154) -TNS could not resolve service ORC" or some like this. Among WinNT services I couldn't start TNSListener80 because it always sent an error message:" an internal WindowsNT error occured"

Can anyone Help Me?
