I guess you should have the manual for Oracle Web Server. We use OWS2.1.1 , which is a proven stable platform.

Just for a guide as in 2.1.1, you will have to create your listener and make it working. Then you have to create the "Agent" with is the DCD (database connectivity descriptor), then you have to add the path in the WRB (web request broker).

Sorry, I can't help in OWS3.0. Guess there are experts in the group.
