International Support

We are currently working on an application written in PB connecting to Oracle 7.3.3. The application must support multi languages. The problem I am having is this:

I cannot insert any special characters into the database, everytime I do the database doesn't seem to be saving the characters I think I'm inserting..

I'm trying to insert the following characters: Éãaáéíóúñäëàè¿¡

None of these characters seem to be making it.

Is there some sort of Char set that I need to be using???
