7.2 will go into Extended Care support in March 98, this means that support wil no longer provide Bug Fixes or Provide a Guaranteed response time to Call, it does not mean they will not assist with queries. I would recommend planning in an upgrade to 7.3.4 in the new year if you have a Critical system that requires the highest level of support.
